when i start my Client i always got this error message

SANIMCONINFO:: LoadFile() unknown file version.
DxSkinAniMan:: PreLoad()[a_m_00_at01.x]LoadAnimcontainer Failed

please HELP

i use the 8 part installer in .rar from mediafire

i alreayd uninstall the client ... i'll try to install it again later to get screenshots.
